About Diane Cichy
Hi everyone! I’m Diane and I’m the owner and Medical Director of Belladonna Medspa. I’m so excited to work with each and every one of you to help you achieve your aesthetic goals!
First, a little background on me.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Saint Joseph College in West Hartford in 2008. I quickly realized that I wanted more and while working full-time with 2 young children at home, I thought there was no better time to further my education! And so, I completed my Master of Science in Nursing from UCONN in Storrs in 2016 and became a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner. I was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing.
I’m a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner with certifications from the American Nurses Credentialing Center as well as the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. Before discovering my love for all things aesthetic, I worked as both a nurse and a Nurse Practitioner in the hospital setting, with most of my time spent in Critical Care.
My extensive experience in Critical Care allowed me to perfect my critical thinking skills and my attention to detail; it is also where I learned that I excel at performing medical procedures. Critical Care always required me to stay up to date with the best and newest therapies and since then my questioning attitude and love for research has never stopped.
My Journey in Aesthetics
I was lucky enough to start my journey in aesthetics in 2018. I spent 3 years working at Re:Nu 180 Medspa in Newington as the lead clinician. It was there that I developed my love for anti-aging and cosmetic enhancements. I continued to participate in education and advanced trainings during my time there.
I am so happy and fortunate to provide clients with the most personal experience, as well as the most natural and beautiful results. A few things about Belladonna Medspa’s philosophy: my goal is to help clients feel youthful and beautiful, as well as to provide them with a truly personal experience. I love to get to know my clients and they love to get to know me too. We have way too much fun during our time together and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
I will never try to upsell you
One thing that will truly set me apart from anyone else you might choose to see for injections is my honesty. I will never try to upsell you, or sell you on a treatment or service that I wouldn’t have done myself. That is my promise. My clients love to see me for treatments: they say they love my honesty, perfectionism, artistic eye and gentle touch. They also know that I will never settle for anything but greatness and am always striving to give each and every person the best experience possible.
I believe in a truly holistic approach in order to fulfill your aesthetic needs. I love to keep up to date with all the best treatment options for various concerns and goals. If I think you need a treatment that I do not offer, I will be happy to refer you to the best person for the job.
Among my biggest priorities in providing you with the BEST possible results is my dedication to education and training. The medical aesthetic field is ever-evolving and I am constantly researching the best treatments available that provide beautiful, lasting results. Keeping up with training courses is paramount to achieving fantastic results, so rest assured I will always be learning and training behind the scenes. Another promise to you is I will never stay stagnant. I will always work tirelessly to learn how to best serve you.
